A brilliant web query script written by madCoder, which will allow you
to output the status of your server to a webpage, along with querying other
servers.
This mod will let you give people access to your servers, without giving
access to rcon. It also lets you define users who can access the server,
along with ALOT of other things.
AMX is another MOD that will allow you to write your own scripts with
its own small scripting language. AMX is similar to AdminMod, but yet a

ClanMod is a tool for Half-Life modifications like Counter-Strike, Day

This server plugin will allow you to decide which players can play on
your server, by entering their WONIDs or IPs into a MySQL database or a
text file.This can be very useful if you're a website that has one or several
servers and only want registered people to be able to connect.
M4 (MatchMod for MetaMod) is software geared towards clan matches (but
can very well be used outside of tournaments as well). As of now, it is
just a tool using a MySQL database and a PHP web interface that takes the
pain out of administring clan wars.

JarCon, previously known as "Joe@Rcon", is a complete remote
Half-Life: Counter-Strike server connection tool. It can be used by server
administrators to remotely monitor and control their server(s), with full
log-parsing. But it's not just for admins. With JarCon, even players can
connect to their favorite servers to see who is playing and the current
map, along with all other standard query information, and will even allow
one-click access to join the game in Half-Life or CS Retail. An easy to
use favorites list allows admins to keep their servers at hand, optionally
saving the rcon password for later use, and players to keep their favorite
servers within a click.
The Server Spy allows server operators to monitor all of their servers
for innappropriate behavior. It's goal is to provide 24/7/365 protection.
Just set it up and configure it to be as strict or as lax as you like and
watch the punk team killers, team wounders, foul mouths and just plain jerks
