Firewall, which ports to foward?

I know this has been asked MANY times, and I have searched all the forums, but I STILL can't get Kali or Gamespy to list my server.

I am running 1.6 dedicated server on a windows box.

I'm running a linux firewall. I have the following rules setup:

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = my wanip

1) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, ports 27000-27020 are fowarded to
192.168.10.40 using UDP

2) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, port 28900 is fowarded to 192.168.10.40 using UDP

3) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, port 22999 is fowarded to 192.168.10.40 using UDP

4) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, port 6003 is fowarded to 192.168.10.40 using TCP

5) xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, port 7002 is fowarded to 192.168.10.40 using TCP

in my server.cfg I have the following:

setmaster add master0.gamespy.com 28900
setmaster add 205.244.188.34 22999
setmaster add half-life.east.won.net 27010
setmaster add half-life.west.won.net 27010
setmaster add half-life.central.won.net 27010


Ppl can connect from the console with connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015, but they don't see the server in Kali or gamespy.

Any suggestions?
