Here's the setup guide for your router. Check it out.

you must foward your ports first of your server's ip. It says lan because its running off your router. my server says lan also but others can join. so make sure you set your server correctly and then foward your ports and your configuration station. i have no clue to changing the location on hlsw. would u want your home addy on there?? also, if u want someone to connect to your server, give me your external ip addy, www.whatismyip.com, and your internal up, lan ip, for computers trying to connect to the server on your network. for instance, my external of my server is 12.252.135.9, people use this to connect, but i use 192.168.1.101 because i am on lan. email me at aipnsx@yahoo.com if you still have problems.

if your behind a router then please go to ur routers device page, ( the ip to your router ) and forward the port 27015 to ur lan ip.
ex:
Lan ip: 192.168.1.10
Wan ip: 111.111.111.111
( to get this go to www.whatismyip.com (http://whatismyip.com) )
forward 27015 to 192.168.1.10
Then the ip to your server will be 111.111.111.111:27015

@fleixius
Your solution will not work well on dynamic IP's.
If you have a static IP, you can do that, however it's wise to forward only the Port from Outbound, not the IP.
So your LAN 192.168.1.10
Your WAN: 0.0.0.0 [ means any outbound connect ]
Now you tell the router
Port outbound 27015 from 0.0.0.0 to inbound IP (LAN) and Port 27015
Thats working.

foward the port with the ip of your server. So, you would foward 192.168.1.100.

You don't put 1 in the box, 192.168.1.1 is the IP of your router
Put a 100 instead

Wow if only we were all as smart as milenko :)
The guide should still apply to your router.
192.168.1.100 is your ip not 192.168.1.1(thats the router btw)

67.83.120.113
i cannot find where u guys got 100 from?

In the last box goes the LAN ip of the server, in your case being 192.168.1.100, supposedly. That's what HLDS binds to, like you said your HLDS binds to an internal ip of 192...etc, thats why you do port forwarding.

people on your network connect to your lan ip of your cs server. so in order to let other people connect to your server, u must foward your port 192.168.1.100. once you foward your port, people use your external ip to connect and people on your network connects to your internal ip.
