Players get dropped out of my server

I have started up my counter strike server on my linux machine with adminmod. I can connect and play but other players from outside get dropped out. Here is an image of it:

Somebody who know the problem?

if you are on an internal network, remove the IP line, forward your ports, and you should be fine
