Everything you need to know about your router on this page:
http://help.stargate.net/broadband/westell2100menu.shtml
see the other pinned topics on ports required for hlds.

If you're running hlds on the default port, then it's 27015/udp for inbound forwarding. Otherwise, if you're running it on another port ( defined by -port in your command line ), then you forward that.

ok ch@os. Ignore the setup guide fleixius posted, because he's quoting details for the linksys router, which you obviously don't have.
If you can't connect to the GUI via that IP address, it's most likely that the IP is set to something else ( it varies with most routers, but it can also be changed if you needed to for any reason ). Rather than reset your router, if you want to check the IP address of your router, then open up a command prompt ( start > run > type cmd and hit enter ) and do ipconfig /all
Check what IP is listed as your 'default gateway' ( basically defines where do i send info to if i want to get off the network -- which is your router in your setup ). This will be the IP address of your router, whichever model you're using. Then, just call up the GUI for your router via your browser:
so: http://<ipaddress for default gateway>
If you're still stuck after this, add me to msn and i'll show you. ;)
