ive forwarded all the ports that 6 different sources have told me to forward, and it still doesnt work. What else do i have to do in order to run a non dedicated server to work behind a firewall?

Read the sticky topics here & might be some of them in Win32.
After that, get the manual of your router and start configuring it.
