I've read that i have to type in http://192.168.1.1 as the web address and it brings up the password box, but i've never changed the password and i dont know what the default password is! HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT MY CURRENT PASSWORD FOR THE ROUTER IS OR HOW DO I CHANGE IT?!?!

Alright, apparently bold and capital letters make responses come sooner.

If you have a linksys, the default password is admin

If you would actually read your routers manual you would know this.

Cuz they dont know what that stands for.

If you reset a router hard-reset, then soft reset, it usually clears out the pass
