Unable to stay on my server

When I try to log on to my server through a line not connected to my router (lynksys) Once I select my team I get dropped from the server and it tells me "svc_bad". I have upgraded my firmware to the version that one of the other moderators recomended in one of the other threads, but the problem still comes up. How do I fix this problem.
