Cheat or Bug i don't know but its messed up

I just joined a game on a well known and popular server (DomainOfGames.com IX) it was at de_dust and right away i noticed something was off. I had joined a game in progress and i spawned dead and i noticed a CT 1/2 way in the big box by the CT spawn. At first i thought that i just saw something and looked around for the T's that were left living, i quickly found a battle between a T and a CT and niether where hiting each other and it seemed that both weren't even looking at eachother. then to my astonishment they passed thru eachother then finaly one died and the round ended. I spawned at the CT spawn point as normal but i saw the other CT (at this point only 4 in the game) once again 1/2 way in the box, so i wanted to see if i could go into the box as he was, and it seemed that i couldn't. So i turned around and i saw my fellow CT running thru the wall into the center area, and then all 4 of us got into a battle and non of us could hit eachother, everyone was messageing stuff like "wtf" and "How the hell" etc,=... But one guy seemed to like what was happening. On the next round i spawned and died very quickly from a shot by an unseen enemy, i looked around and he was in the center area of the map. He then got into a long fight with the other fellow, the adventualy ran out of ammo and tried knifing eachother they walked thru eachother about 15 times. I hope this is just a bug that is rare and/or easy to fix as it makes gameplay absolutly unbelivable. Sorry for the long post but there is no other way to explain it.
