when u run your hlds on a different port like 27016 will users on the net still see the server?

Will it work on a completely different port like 21 or 1394? Will clients still be able to connect to it?

Or does the server have to remain in the 270xx range?

i believe the 27015/27016 are the won server dedicated ports.
